Sparks Mayor Ed Lawson Endorses Sheriff Joe Lombardo for Governor

SPARKS, NV – Today, Sparks Mayor Ed Lawson announced his endorsement of Clark County Sheriff Joe Lombardo for Nevada governor. 

“Today, I’m proud to officially endorse Sheriff Joe Lombardo for Governor. I support him because I trust Joe to get our state back on track,” said Mayor Lawson. “As a mayor, I know firsthand how leadership and communication from Carson City determines the direction of our state. Early on, Joe Lombardo demonstrated his accessibility and his willingness to really listen to local and regional officials. He’s reached out to me several times to familiarize himself with the issues facing the City of Sparks and Northern Nevada. Sheriff Lombardo’s willingness to listen, and his clear vision for our state is exactly what our community needs. I am proud to support him.”
