Washoe County Sheriff Darin Balaam Endorses Sheriff Joe Lombardo for Governor

RENO, NV – Today, Washoe County Sheriff Darin Balaam announced his endorsement of Sheriff Joe Lombardo for Nevada governor.

"It's an honor to endorse Joe Lombardo for Governor. Sheriff Lombardo's integrity, his strength of character, and his public service leadership are qualities that will make Joe an excellent governor,” said Sheriff Balaam. “Without hesitation, I strongly support Sheriff Lombardo as the next Governor of Nevada."

“I’m honored to receive Sheriff Balaam’s endorsement today,” said Sheriff Lombardo. “Sheriff Balaam is an exemplary law enforcement officer, and I’m grateful for his support of my campaign. As governor, I will always support and stand by fellow law enforcement, and I’ll immediately push to repeal Sisolak’s soft-on-crime policies that have handcuffed our police and made our streets less safe. I’m ready to bring my law enforcement leadership and experience to Carson City to get our state back on track.”
